My workshop will consist of a guided warm-up including elements of release, finding form in the body, explorative improvisation, and basic floorwork concepts. We will then learn and explore contemporary phrase work. In my current practice, I am heavily inspired by music and movement that is soft and free-flowing yet dynamic and intricate at the same time. I am super interested in finding the joy of movement and take a fun and groovy approach to class!
