“Off and falling” is a  workshop focused on finding joy in the wonderful sensation of existing in the off-center and riding the rise and fall of our movements. We start class acknowledging and understanding our vertical through a series of technical exercises both through floor work and vertical material. Once we start traveling through space we play more with falling, counter directions, and utilizing momentum in our favor, concluding in a phrase that lets you explore these sensations in a codified pattern.
